-    numbers: 27, 26, 20 for RPU, ~15 for RR, 10-14 HPC

Notes
  • Body: A little sore in shoulders, but overall good
  • Workout: Squats felt solid today up thru 255#.  265# wasn't bad either, but form went a bit.  The metcon was taken from CFE, good WOD that I did with a buddy of mine.
