Lunchtime

1 mile warmup on treadmill

Weighted Pull Ups, 5 x 5
loads: 25#, 35#, 45#, 55#, 65# (3)

5 rds
5 front squats, 135#
10 burpees
-    time: 5:47

Notes
  • Body: A bit sore in shoulders
  • Workout:  Pull ups felt strong.  I focused on intensity for the metcon, and it turned out to be good.  Focused on keeping chest up and hips back for the front squats.
