Notes
- Body: Left calf still a little bit sore. Felt a little sluggish after this past weekend of gluttony and low intensity activity.
- Workout: Press was pretty good. Rock climbing was fun, worked on a 5.10- that kept getting the best of me. Next week maybe I'll get it.
