1 mile warmup run on treadmill

Press, 5 x 4-6
115# (6), 125# (6), 130# (5), 135# (3), 135# (3)

Shoulder work: shrugs, high pulls, rear delts

Double-unders

Notes
  • Body: A little sore in chest today, and sore in the traps.
  • Workout: Press went well, felt decent.  Almost got 4 reps at 135#.  Worked double-unders for a while afterward.
