Notes
- Body: Very sore in calfs today, also somewhat sore in biceps and traps. Feel sick, sinus congestion and sore throat. No aches though.
- Workout: Technique on PJs needs to be better, I know I am tending to drive up through my toes instead of my heels. Tabata chins were kinda poor, I wasn't into it.
- Swim: Swim went well, just cruised today. Felt good to be in the water.
