Notes
- Body: Sore in my glutes and hams. Not as congested as yesterday.
- Workout: Weighted ring dips went alright, I struggled with them yesterday so it was good to focus on them today. Tabata sit ups were time limited, tabata back extensions were limited by my muscles, they were tough. Then some pull up work.
