Notes
  • Body: Sore in the shoulders today
  • Workout: Back squats went fairly well.  By the time I got into the WOD my lower back was aching--shoveled the ice/slush out of 2 driveways today and my back was tired.  Kept it short as I did not want to risk injury.  I really felt the core work today.
