Notes
  • Body: Sore in hamstrings
  • Workout: Deads were alright, been a while but not much difficulty, just a little rusty.  Metcon was good, good mornings were too heavy though.
  • Misc: Ski trip starting tomorrow!  Headed up to Jay Peak, VT, should be awesome.
