- Body: A little sore in lower legs. Ran 12.3 miles this week with no issues, feels good.
- Workout: Late night workout after a weekend of mostly relaxing. Warmed up and felt ready for it, but would have liked a better time for sure. Rounds of 15 and 9 thrusters were unbroken, all pull ups unbroken.
