- Body: Congested as hell. Working out makes me feel like I have to sneeze, haha. Sore in calfs a bit and hams a little.
- Workout: Good quick intense WOD. Something about the swings today felt different and I'm thinking it was bc I went to eye height, but I felt a much more concentrated effort from my hams and glutes today than I usually do. Perhaps because I wasn't concerned with getting a big swing out of the weight, only had to go halfway compared to usual above-head height. Ring dips were difficult. Lunges and KTE were good.
