Ski & BW

Skied 1/2 day today since it rained all morning.

Late Afternoon
8 rds
25 push ups
25 sit ups/four count flutterkicks
8 pull ups

Spent ~30 mins in the sauna

Notes
  • Body: A little tired in the legs.
  • Workout: Skiing was fun.  Bodyweight stuff in the condo, pull ups on the straircase.
