Rock Climbing, ~2.5 hours, up through 5.9s 

Ankle/lower leg strengthening with elastic bands

Notes

  • Body: Feel good, no soreness
  • Workout: Deads felt good, focused on form as my lower back has been aching at times lately.  Metcon was good, well balanced and fun.
