Shoulder work
L-lateral raises, rear delts, rotator cuff, shoulder press (8x95#), arnold press (8x35#)
Evening
Rock climbed ~2-2.5 hours. Good night of climbing, did a few 5.9s, they are getting very manageable.
Notes
- Body: Felt good.
- Run: No problems or pain. I've been icing my tibia in combination with rolling it with a golf ball, hurts but I believe it helps.
