Afternoon

Run 4 miles
-    1 mile warm up;    1 mile @ 7:00 pace (6:59);    4x400m w/2:30 rest (1:32,  1:34,  1:29,  1:30);    1 mile cooldown

5 rds
10 front squats, 95#
20 sit ups
10 ring dips
-    time: 8:36

Notes
  • Body: upper back/traps are sore, hamstrings slightly sore
  • Run: Run was pretty alright, but slow.  Lacking the speed I had in the past but that's expected.  Ran 14 miles this week, building slowly.
  • Workout: Everything unbroken.  Felt good.
