10 minutes in butt-to-ankles squat position

Late Afternoon
Partner WOD - rest while the other is working

10 thrusters, 95# (Jared used 115#)
15 ring dips

Notes
  • Body: Sore in the legs still.
  • Run: Run felt good, no real problems.  Some minor tibia pain at one stage during the run but nothing big.
  • Workout: Good to workout with a partner, helps to push me.  All thrusters unbroken.
