Notes
  • Body: Shoulders are a bit sore.  I feel like I tweaked something in my left shoulder, in the front deltoid area.
  • Workout: Back squats felt pretty good as far as technique went.  Good and tight, focused on good form.  Metcon was good, all unbroken.
