Run 5 miles, 48:13

10 x 20 push ups

Notes
  • Body: Felt pretty good today.
  • Workout: Run felt good and strong and smooth.  Stride came naturally.  This is my longest run in a very long time.  Sloooow compared to my past, but the speed will come, right now just focusing on staying healthy.
