Run 2.7 miles

Prowler pushes, 90#, 2 x 40 yds

Deadlift 5x3
loads: 275#, 295#, 305#, 315#, 325#
2 x 8 @ 225#

Notes
  • Body: Ankle feeling pretty good, which is awesome.
  • Workout: Run was alright, hot out today! The Prowler is a torture device.  Deads were good though.
