Notes
- Body: Pretty sore in traps today. Sore in hamstrings.
- Workout: Good WOD. The 21, 15 for OHS were unbroken, on 9 I lost control of the weight at the bottom of a squat and had to snatch it back up. Rock climbing is always a good time.
