Notes
  • Body: Not really sore anywhere.  Still nagging pain in right lower leg.
  • Workout: Back squats 260#, 3rd rep I could tell was a little high but I didn't care, the weight is heavy!  Set a PR with that.  Metcon was hard, thrusters are difficult.
  • Swim: Good to get in the water.
