weighted plank, 25#, 60s
neck rotations, 20 reps

rear deltoid and additional core work

Notes
  • Body: Not especially sore anywhere today, some barely noticeable aches.  Felt like I was in slow motion today though.
  • Workout: Felt ok during press but 125# felt heavy.  During the metcon my body felt sluggish, as if working out the kinks again.
