25 pull ups
50 deadlifts, 135#
50 push ups
50 box jumps
50 knees to elbows
50 kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
25 pull ups

Notes
  • Body: Working out in the morning is usually difficult for me.  Today seemed ok.
  • Workout: PR.  Nice.  Lots of time made up in the knees to elbows compared to previous times I've done this WOD.
