Rock Climbed ~2.5 hours
Mostly top roping, 5.7-5.9 range
Notes
- Body: Still a bit sore in the abs and legs. Very sore in chest and front deltoids.
- Run: Felt good during it, a little uneven with stride but no pain. Afterwards my right tibia was a bit sore, still is. Been icing it.
- Rock climbing: Always a good time. Felt strong.
