Notes
- Body: Legs were a bit sore today, as well as traps.
- Workout: Squats felt a bit weak, I'll get it back though. Metcon was good, borrowed from CFE.
- Rock climbing: Real good, I felt like my grip was very strong today, allowing me to get through the 5.9s.
