Rotator cuff and lateral hip strengthening

Evening

Rock climbed, ~2 hours.  Multiple 5.8s and 5.9s.

Notes
  • Body: Legs were a bit sore today, as well as traps.
  • Workout: Squats felt a bit weak, I'll get it back though.  Metcon was good, borrowed from CFE.
  • Rock climbing: Real good, I felt like my grip was very strong today, allowing me to get through the 5.9s.
