Notes
  • Body: Felt pretty good today.  Found a gym and they let me in for free today, which was nice.  Everyone here is very nice.
  • Workout: The gym was sort of like a YMCA.  Felt good to do something with actual weights.  Have an 8-10 mile run scheduled for the morning, 0600, ouch.
