Notes
  • Body: Felt rested
  • Workout: Squats were ok. I use a box to act as a depth gauge for me and it comes in handy. 230# got into my head and I didn't feel comfortable attempting the third rep. Still getting my strength back in these. WOD was good, L-pull ups were hardest. I used to be better at those, that's when I did more core-specific work.
