Notes:
- Body: Very sore in lower back. Sore in traps and upper back and hamstrings. Some soreness in forearms and hands feel raw.
- Workout: Kipping pull ups have definitely suffered in the last few months as evidenced by my Angie performance the other day and today's WOD. I was doing many dead-hang pull ups in the recent past but not so much kipping, and I'd like to get back into that a bit, hence the selection for today's WOD. Squats felt good and smooth.
