Notes:
- Body: Sore in traps and some in glutes and hams.
- Workout: Front squats felt pretty good. Such a stress to even hold heavy weight, it sits on my chest and I am unable to take a full deep breath, which can be frustrating. Overall, happy with my form on the front squats today. Had to do a short metcon today to get out of the gym.
- Swim: Felt decent in the water, sometimes felt smoother than others.
