- Body: A bit sore in quads and biceps
- Workout: Was feeling good and confident about getting 195# and wasn't able to. Bit of a downer. "300" was good, 7 seconds slower than last time I did it, but this time I did a strength component before the WOD, while last time I did not. I'm not bummed about it because I know I pushed hard.
