Notes
  • Body: Feel a little run down today.  Not sick but a little down.  Perhaps this is CNS response?  I'll ask Shane, he knows more about this stuff.  Sore in shoulders, chest, quads.
  • Workout: Deads were good.  Moving up again. Felt good on the sit ups as well.
