Notes:
  • Body: Sore in abs. Thumb feels a little better.
  • Workout: Deads were ok. 275# felt strong but then adding weight from there threw me off a little. Technique is so important in deads so I decided not to add any more weight than 295#. WOD was ok. I'm not very good at thrusters so that sucked, I feel like I'm doing too much work when I do them and they should be easier.
