Skiing

Skied for 4 hours. Nice conditions today when the sun warmed everything up.

  1. Do you find skiing helps your training? I haven't skied for a very long time so I don't remember how it feels on the body.

Shane, I don't ski with the intent of helping with training, I just do it because I enjoy it :) While I can't pinpoint any benefits that I've noticed, I think it probably helps with the legs and the lactic acid build up that can occur during high intensity training. Probably helps with balance and coordination as well.
