Notes
- Body: Sore in traps, hamstrings, glutes, and front deltoids.
- Workout: Should not have pressed today, as is obvious from my numbers. I forgot about the WOD I did the other day with a high volume of push presses, and coupled with the push ups yesterday I believe is the reason my pressing strength was seriously lacking. WOD today was good, GHDSU can be pretty tough.
