Run, Core, Drills

Early morning

Woke up today to do what I thought was a run-swim-run, but it turned out to be a different date.

Ran 1 mile on treadmill
POSE drills
core work
3 x 10 deadhang pull ups
rows

Notes
  • Body: Excited and ready to train.
  • Workout: Not what I expected today, so I went to the gym and did some light work.
