Baseline: ROM drills. 30 – 20 – 10 Hollow Rocks, Hand Release Push-ups
Work Capacity:
5 Rounds for time:
- 15 x Dead Lift (135#)
- 10 x Box jumps
- 5 x Burpees
Durability: Sprints 4 x 400M (:45 interval). 4 x 200M
(:30 interval). Plank hold 3 x 2 minutes. Active Stretch or yoga.
- Did planks. No running.Single leg balance work
Notes
- Body: Pretty sore in glutes, hams, and traps. Tibia issues.
- Workout: Hand release push ups are no joke! Otherwise WOD was a welcome relief from Monday's. Short and intense.
