- Run 200M, 100 Pull-ups
- Run 400M, 100 Push-ups
- Run 600M, 100 Sit-ups
- Run 8 mile, 100 Air Squats
Durability: Active Stretch of Yoga.
Notes
- Body: Good to go.
- Workout: Fun to do the weigh vest work. Pull ups were the most difficult. Running felt good.
