- DB shoulder press, 5-5-3-3-3-3
- 40# x 5, 50# x 5, 55# x 3, 60# x 3, 65# x 3, 60# x 3
- Lateral cable raises
- Rear delts
- machine shrugs
- upright rows
- handstand push ups, assisted, 2 x 5
- Body: Sore traps, knee feeling decent. In the evening after heating my knee, I was bending and extending it when it clicked really loudly. It sounded bad but actually felt better after that.
- Workout: Focused work. Went well.
