2 mile cool down

100 4CFK, 100 leg levers
Isolated leg extensions

Notes
  • Body: Front delts sore, calfs a little sore, abs sore.
  • Run: Pretty good today.  No real issues, left knee gets somewhat tight during run, no pain though.  6 miles today brings the week to 16.
