Run, Shoulder Work

Evening

on treadmill
3 mile run

Shoulder work
DB shoulder press, 4 x 5
DB lateral raises

2 mile run

Notes
  • Body: Feeling pretty good.  Right hip flexor felt a little overworked last night after all the running but not bad today.
  • Workout: I'm on travel so whatever I can get in I will. 
  • Run: 5 miles today bring the week up to 10.
