Afternoon

On treadmill
2 mile warm-up
4 x 400m with jogging in between, 1:30 pace
1 x 800m, 3:00 pace
(4.75 miles total)

Notes
  • Body: Feel pretty decent
  • Workout: Some standard bodyweight PT today.
  • Run: Good intervals today.  Total for the week: 28.05 miles, so I hit my goal.  I'll take a couple of days off from running then begin a week of 30 miles.
