Run, Tabata

Evening

1.5 mile warm-up on treadmill

Tabata
Push ups, squats, sit ups, seated shoulder press

1.5 mile run, moderate-easy pace, ~14 mins

Notes
  • Body: Glutes are sore, right front delt a bit sore, perhaps aggravated.
  • Workout: Some bodyweight stuff at a hotel in  Phoenix.  Running felt very good, strong and balanced.
