Evening

10 pull ups (pull ups, chin ups, hammer grip)
xx push ups (25 push ups, 20 diamond, 20 wide)
30 core (sit ups, four-count flutterkicks)

Notes
  • Body: Feel good after a pretty relaxing vacation.
  • Workout: Nice and simple.  Push ups felt strong!
