Afternoon

Warm-up 800m on treadmill

800m run
20 deadhang pull ups, mixing grips

Notes
  • Body: Feeling cooped up, need to do a real work out.
  • Workout: Simple.  Running felt good, so that's good.  Pull ups were a bit challenging.

Coyotes were hanging around us all night in the Yuma desert.
