Baseline:  ROM Drills.  Grinder PT 15 minutes
-  ROM, rope climbs, PT

Work Capacity:  5 rounds for time:

  • 10 x Back Squats (155# / 105#)
  • 20 x Pull-ups
  • 30 x Box jumps (24# / 20#) -----> 30 x 4-ct mountain climbers
  • Run 800M
-  time: 48:44

Durability:  Row 2,000M at below 1:50 per 500M pace.  100 x 4-count flutter kicks.  100 x good mornings.  Active Stretch or yoga.
-  100 fk's, 100 GM's

Notes
  • Body: Legs are sore, lower back is very sore.
  • Workout: Went well, BS unbroken.
  • Run: Felt pretty good, did 2.5 miles total.
