Afternoon

Shoulder work
  • DB shoulder press, 5 x 5
  • -  4 sets @ 55#, 1 @ 60# (4) 
  • Cable lateral raises
  • Rear delts
  • Machine shrugs
  • Upright rows
  • Handstand push ups, 3 x 5
100 sit ups
-  time: 2:17 (92 at 2:00 mark)

Notes
  • Body: Knee a little aggravated.  Lats sore.  Right tricep mostly behaved.
  • Workout: Good.
