Late morning

Pool work
  • underwaters
  • drown proofing (bob, float, swim, flip, mask retrieval)
  • tread water 
  • knot tying
  • underwater hockey
Afternoon

8 rds
12 pull ups or chin ups
25 push ups
35 sit ups or leg levers

Notes
  • Body: Feeling alright.
  • Workout: bodyweight stuff at home.  Went well.
