Run + Yoga

Lunchtime

4 miles, 33:30 (1 @ 9:30 warm-up, 3 @ 8:00 pace)

Late Afternoon

Notes
  • Body: Traps, chest sore.  Glutes a little sore.  Some slight irritation in right tib.
  • Workout: Yoga--a great way to get the blood going and stretch out.
  • Run: Finished out the week with 24 miles, feeling good.
