2 x 20 slow push ups focusing on negatives
Glute medius work

Notes
  • Body: Sore shoulders, traps, biceps.  Left knee slightly better, still feeling a little goofy.
  • Workout: Some bodyweight work in my hotel room.  In Staten Island for MEPS today and tomorrow.
