L lateral raises
rear delts
3 rds: 10 shrugs, 25 strict push ups

Notes
  • Body: Feel good today.  Soleus back to normal.
  • Workout: Went well.
  • Run: Good day of running.  Felt very good throughout.  Weekly total thus far is 14.5 miles, 7.5 to go.
