Notes:
- Felt good and strong today. Power cleans are still a bit off for me, need to spend more time developing those.
- I was very pleased with the muscle ups, they were coming along pretty decently today.
- Tibia bothered me during jump ropes, hamstring tendon during the WOD. I pay attention to it and see how it feels throughout. Will continue to ice both.
